Minty has lost her tail to cancer, and is undergoing extensive chemotherapy treatments. Although the cancer has claimed much of who she was on the outside, her prognosis is excellent compared with most ponies in her condition! Aside from the loss of her mane, the chemo treatments are having virtually no undesirable side effects. After some cosmetic surgery, she won´t be Minty any more, but she´s expected to make a full recovery and live a long, healthy, happy life with her new identity.
